How do I determine the correct size for my child?
We recommend using our printable size guide or our Fit Zone by Stride Rite app to measure your child's feet. Since children's feet grow quickly, we suggest measuring every two to three months.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 45-day return window for all unworn merchandise in its original packaging. Returns are easy to process through our online portal, and a small restocking fee may apply unless the item is defective.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Standard shipping typically takes 5-7 business days. We also offer expedited shipping options at checkout if you need your new shoes sooner.
Are Stride Rite shoes machine washable?
Many of our styles, especially those in our Made2Play® collection, are 100% machine washable. Please check the specific product description for care instructions before washing.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we ship to all 50 U.S. states, APO/FPO addresses, and select U.S. territories. We are working on expanding our shipping capabilities to international customers in the near future.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), PayPal, and Apple Pay. We also offer Afterpay for customers who prefer to pay in installments.
