At Stride Rite, we want to ensure your little one has the perfect fit for every adventure. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return unworn items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to locate your purchase and select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Select your preferred return method to generate a prepaid shipping label, which will be sent directly to your email for easy printing.

• 3.
  Pack Your Items

  Place the unworn footwear in its original branded shoebox and secure it inside a sturdy shipping carton with the return label attached to the outside.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number handy; your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days of receipt.
